What began with our clients’ desire to transform a new-build condo purchased in 2019 was halted by a series of unfortunate events led by COVID. In 2023, it was finally time to get back on track, transforming the builder-grade cookie-cutter space into a sophisticated oasis, curated within the spirit of minimalism and the heart of artful authorship.
Over two years, our team transformed each space with high-end materials and textures, creating a solid, elevated foundation throughout. In each room, there is also a subtle celebration of art and color through textiles, natural material grains, and bespoke wall art. The result is a home that feels collected, intentional, and deeply personal, designed to evolve with them.
The most notable piece, Polysemy by Francisco Valverde, placed atop the custom Scavolini dry bar, beautifully unifies the open-concept great room, highlighting the colors, tones, and textures seen throughout the apartment.
Our absolute favorite area is the primary bedroom. The design choices in this space scream grown and sexy. Custom wood paneling, marble-clad walls, mood lighting, and color drenching from ceiling to walls personify what truly speaks to Jamel Williams, Founder and Principal Designer, as an artist.
This entire transformation was, and continues to be, a labor of love—elegant, elevated, moody, sensual, and healing.
