College Point - Exterior Design

We consider this project the star of the show, currently being the first ever exterior design project we've taken on. the clients are undergoing a massive extension to their existing single family home located by the river in college Point, NY. While the proposed construction is majestic and over the top, the clients want to maintain an elegant clean-lined aesthetic using bricks and stones on all four sides of the house. We propose to use a light speckled tan brick with limestone veneer accents, maintaining a neutral color pallet. The subtle, but well designed brickwork, contemporary black framed windows and brass house numbers will advertise the fact that every detail was considered in this design.
