College Point - Exterior Design
We consider this project the star of the show, currently being the first ever exterior design project we've taken on. the clients are undergoing a massive extension to their existing single-family home located by the river in college Point, NY. While the proposed construction is majestic and over the top, the clients want to maintain an elegant, clean-lined aesthetic using bricks and stones on all four sides of the house. We propose to use a light speckled tan brick with limestone veneer accents, maintaining a neutral color pallet. The subtle, but well-designed brickwork, contemporary black framed windows and brass house numbers will advertise the fact that every detail was considered in this design.
