Throughout the project, ongoing supply challenges demanded creativity and flexibility. Every decision balanced exceptional design with practical solutions, allowing the vision to remain uncompromised. The powder room became one of the home's most memorable spaces, where rich colors, layered textures, striking patterns, and dramatic finishes create an intimate atmosphere reminiscent of an exclusive boutique hotel.
A former coat closet was transformed into a custom wet bar that continues with the same refined aesthetic. By pairing Ikea cabinetry with custom doors and drawer fronts, we achieved a tailored appearance while navigating extended production timelines. A marble-looking porcelain backsplash and illuminated floating shelf create a dramatic focal point, elevating every gathering with effortless style.
While the shared living spaces celebrate entertaining and artistic expression, the primary bathroom was designed as a peaceful retreat. Soft finishes, luxurious materials, generous light, and a heated towel rack complete a spa inspired experience, ensuring every corner of the home reflects the confidence, success, and lifestyle our clients worked so hard to achieve.
