Everywhere you turn in our Downtown Brooklyn apartment design, BLUE is the showstopper. Designed within the styles of minimalism and luxury, every part of this home is curated for contemporary Royalty. The royal court (aka our clients) requested a home fit for a King and Queen with a comfortable hotel-like feel and we gave them just that.

One of the challenges in this 3 bedroom 1 bath apartment with 1 private balcony and 1 private outdoor terrace, was space. As a small new construction, we needed to optimize the furniture and décor layout without compromising on style and function. Throughout, we feature high-end but functional furniture pieces that all work together to provide the best flow from the entry all the way to the bedrooms.
Did we mention, our clients’ favorite color is blue? In each space we focused on providing a monotone luxury feel with colors of ivory, whites, creams and greys with the primary piece of furniture in the space adorned in regal blue tones.

The outdoor space is nothing short of amazing; continuing the neutral – blue color palette found inside. Whether it’s enjoying dinner as the sun sets, sipping wine fireside in the late evening or swinging away atop the hammock while stargazing under the night sky; there is no place we’d rather our clients be than enjoying their beautiful apartment inside and out.
