Freeport, ny - Living Room Re-Design

With beautiful existing mid century modern furniture pieces, a client with an art aesthetic, and a living space begging to be refreshed, this quick overhaul was a perfect match for To Be Designed.

Color was very important to this client considering her eyes are only able to perceive certain colors. To some this could be an obstacle but to me it was an opportunity to go bold and beautiful.

The Vibrant blue accent wall paired with wooden African masks serve as the primary focal point when entering the space. The quilted back emerald green velvet lounge chair with brass base provides a secondary pop of color in the space. With other subtle pops of color through with artwork and decor pieces, the colorful abstract rug creates beautiful harmony in the space.
